Our Vision:

There is a 43% drop in church engagement between teens and the young adult years. (Barna)

As young adults, there is a gaping hole in our lives that we are constantly seeking to fill. We know that this chasm will only be sufficiently filled as we realize that Christ alone can fill the void. Only when we stop striving for everything but Christ will we discover not only salvation, but rest for our souls, and freedom from the need to "live up to all the rules".

Balanced with this truth of resting in God's grace, is the reality that He calls us to be like athletes, soldiers, for Christ. We are encouraged not to run "aimlessly" (1 Cor. 9:26). With the realization that we rely 100% on God, we are called to go for it with a sure target! Our goal is to live with practical ambition for our Lord Jesus!

Our Direction:

As a community of 18-28 year olds, we gather for the purpose of Striving for Christ, for intimacy with God, for practical holiness, and for true unity and fellowship.

Strive Friday Nights: We gather every 1st, 3rd and 5th Friday at 7pm in the Fellowship Hall for our main meetings. This is a time of engaging worship, practical Bible study and Christ-centered fellowship. Child care is provided.

Small Groups: In addition, there are various small group opportunities within the ministry. Young Adult Lifegroups take place throughout the week. Also, some of us take part in Monday Morning Jumpstart which happens at 7am every Monday to start the week in community, devotion and prayer.

Outreach/Fellowship Activities: Our ministry takes part in opportunities to reach out in to the local community as well as having scheduled events just to build relationships and have a great time!
